We are UK company, based in Ibiza.
Our products will presented in a beautiful Temple Atulya box and then discreetly packaged in a white postage box. All pieces will be sent via DHL, with a delivery time of 4-7 working days, standard shipping is complimentary across all orders.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Customs & Duties Policy
We take great care in ensuring that your jewellery is delivered to you safely and promptly, regardless of where you are located. However, please note that when you make a purchase and request delivery outside of Spain or the EU, your order may be subject to customs and import duties depending on your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
UK Clients
If you are happy to wait for your piece, and wish to avoid importation duties, we sporadically can send pieces from the UK, meaning avoiding customs duties. Please email to enquire about the next shipping date. Due to Brexit, items sent from outside the UK are subject to 20% duties and taxes.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Customs and import duties are fees charged by your country's government upon arrival of your package. These charges may include customs clearance, import taxes, and delivery duties. The amount of these charges varies from country to country and is determined by your local customs office; if you are unsure what this is, please contact your customs office. Temple Atulya takes no responsibility for any duties or importation fees.
Taxes: Depending on the country, you may be required to pay taxes (such as VAT or GST) on your purchase upon arrival.
Customs Processing: Customs authorities may require documentation regarding the value and origin of the goods. This process can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Who Pays for Customs & Duties?
The recipient of the shipment is entirely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and any associated fees.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees you pay at checkout, and we cannot predict or control the customs fees that may be applied to your order.
Shipping to Countries with Customs Fees
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to customs inspection, and fees are applied based on the customs regulations of the destination country.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office or visit their website to determine the potential customs fees and import regulations before placing an order.
Delivery Time & Customs Delays
Please be aware that customs processing can delay the delivery time of your order. While we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, we cannot control how long customs authorities may take to clear your goods.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the time required for customs clearance. Once your package reaches your local customs office, it may take additional time for delivery.
Undeliverable Packages Due to Customs Issues
If an order is returned to us due to customs issues (e.g., non-payment of duties or taxes), we may issue a refund for the cost of the product, excluding shipping and handling fees.
If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will not be responsible for any refunds or reshipment unless a specific issue with the shipment or product quality occurred on our end.
Declaring Value for Customs
All international orders will be declared at the full retail value of the items purchased on the customs declaration form, in accordance with Spanish export regulations. We are unable to mark items as "gifts" or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price for customs purposes.
International Shipping Limitations
Some countries may have restrictions on importing fine jewellery, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if there are shipping restrictions to the destination country. We will notify you if we are unable to process or ship your order due to local restrictions.
How to Minimize Customs Charges
Check with your customs office: Before making an international purchase, we recommend that you check with your country's customs office to understand potential fees, regulations, and restrictions.
Track your package: Once shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery, including any updates related to customs clearance.

We strive to provide the best service and ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience. However, once your order is with customs, we no longer have control over any fees or delays that might occur. Returns
We want you to love your Temple Atulya piece, but if it’s not quite right, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund (please note that initial delivery and insurance costs and any re-importation fees are non-refundable). Should you
