Rainbow sapphire beads, 18ct gold

Our malas are handmade with 108 beads, to represent the 108 'nadis' or energy centres within the body. Traditionally a mala is used in japa meditation, where mantra is repeated and which in turn, is thought to cleanse each energy centre of the body. These special pieces are hand made with solid 18ct gold.

Rainbow Sapphire: A stone of wisdom and truth, sapphire is known to bring clarity of mind and deepen spiritual insight. In its rainbow form, it balances and aligns the chakras, encouraging harmony, joy and creative expression. It is a stone of integrity, guidance and inner strength.
